1. Administrative System and Daily Operations Management
* Coordinate the company's administrative affairs, including office environment, travel arrangements, meeting organization, reception, and management of administrative suppliers
* Establish and optimize administrative-related processes and systems (reimbursement, approval, stamping, archives, etc.), improving execution efficiency
* Be responsible for the execution of administrative budgets and cost control, ensuring the rational and transparent use of resources
2. Management Support and Private Responsibility
* Support the daily work arrangements of the core management team, assist in scheduling, meeting coordination, and reminder of important matters
* Be responsible for compiling the meeting minutes of the management team, clarifying action items and following up on their implementation status
* Assist the management team in information screening, priority judgment, and internal communication and transmission, improving decision-making efficiency
3. Operation Coordination and Execution Follow-up
* Assist in advancing company-level key projects and cross-departmental tasks, monitor progress and drive problem resolution
* Serve as the communication interface among departments to ensure accurate, timely and traceable information transmission
* Implement node management for key matters and regularly report the execution status to the management team
