Job summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative & Operations Executive to support the effective management of daily administrative and operational activities. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining efficient office operations, supporting internal processes, and ensuring adherence to organisational standards.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities to ensure seamless office and business operations.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of internal operational workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Manage office resources, supplies, vendors, and service providers, ensuring timely procurement and cost-effective utilisation.
  • Maintain and regularly update internal databases, filing systems, and operational documentation in line with company policies.
  • Liaise with internal departments to facilitate effective communication, coordination, and timely execution of assigned tasks.
  • Monitor routine operational activities, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements where necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to basic HR and personnel-related processes, including attendance tracking, leave administration, and onboarding coordination.
  • Continuously stay informed on best practices in administration and operations to support ongoing process improvement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in an administrative or operations-related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks independently while effectively prioritising competing demands.
