The Administrative Officer will provide administrative and operational support to the Office of the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination, confidentiality, and efficient office management.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, manage records, and handle confidential information professionally
- Support day-to-day office operations and logistics within the CEO’s office
- Assist with errands, movement coordination, and official engagements as required
- Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday and accommodate long working hours when required
- Previous administrative experience will be an advantage
