The Administrative Officer will provide administrative and operational support to the Office of the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination, confidentiality, and efficient office management.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, manage records, and handle confidential information professionally
  • Support day-to-day office operations and logistics within the CEO’s office
  • Assist with errands, movement coordination, and official engagements as required

Requirements:
  • Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to work Monday to Saturday and accommodate long working hours when required
  • Previous administrative experience will be an advantage
