Job summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong leadership skills, capable of maintaining structure, enforcing standards, and ensuring the office runs efficiently at all times.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace
  • Manage office expenses, bills, and vendor relationships
  • Supervise facility staff (cleaners, security, maintenance, etc.) and ensure tasks are properly executed
  • Monitor staff conduct and ensure adherence to company policies and professional standards
  • Maintain office systems, supplies, and inventory
  • Prepare regular reports on administrative activities, expenses, and operational updates
  • Provide timely feedback to management on staff performance and operational issues
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep
  • Support internal communication and ensure alignment across teams
  • Implement and improve administrative processes for better efficiency


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage people and enforce policies professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Proactive and self-driven
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
