Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong leadership skills, capable of maintaining structure, enforcing standards, and ensuring the office runs efficiently at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace
- Manage office expenses, bills, and vendor relationships
- Supervise facility staff (cleaners, security, maintenance, etc.) and ensure tasks are properly executed
- Monitor staff conduct and ensure adherence to company policies and professional standards
- Maintain office systems, supplies, and inventory
- Prepare regular reports on administrative activities, expenses, and operational updates
- Provide timely feedback to management on staff performance and operational issues
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep
- Support internal communication and ensure alignment across teams
- Implement and improve administrative processes for better efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage people and enforce policies professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
