Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office administration, coordinating internal processes, and supporting various departments to enhance overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Maintain and update company records, files, and documentation systems.
- Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as required.
- Assist in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures.

- Monitor office expenses and assist in budget tracking.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a structured corporate environment is an added advantage.
