We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Officer to support daily operations within a fast-paced logistics company. The ideal candidate will coordinate drivers, manage client communication, and ensure smooth administrative processes.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Assign daily schedules and monitor attendance and performance.
  • Track vehicle usage and ensure proper documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Provide delivery updates and resolve complaints professionally.
  •  Maintain operational records and prepare basic daily/weekly reports.
  • Support general office administration and logistics coordination.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics or an administrative role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage drivers and interact confidently with clients.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Lagos routes is an added advantage.
