We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Officer to support daily operations within a fast-paced logistics company. The ideal candidate will coordinate drivers, manage client communication, and ensure smooth administrative processes.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Supervise and coordinate drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Assign daily schedules and monitor attendance and performance.
- Track vehicle usage and ensure proper documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Provide delivery updates and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain operational records and prepare basic daily/weekly reports.
- Support general office administration and logistics coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics or an administrative role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage drivers and interact confidently with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Lagos routes is an added advantage.
