Job summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resource Administrator who will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office management, proper employee record keeping, compliance with company policies and efficient coordination of staff- related activities.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and documentation.
- Support recruitment processes, onboarding/offboarding, and staff orientation.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and staff welfare matters.
- Assist with payroll preparation and performance appraisal coordination.
- Prepare official correspondence such as employment letters, memos, and reports.
- Manage office filing systems, supplies, and administrative records.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, logistics, and office operations.
- Assist with performance appraisal tracking, scheduling training sessions, and maintaining training records.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in human resource management, business administration, or a related field.
- A master's and professional qualification like CIPM, etc., will be an added advantage
- Relevant experience in HR and administrative support roles.
- Good communication, organisational, and record-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
