Role Description


  1. Executive Calendar & Schedule Management – Organizes appointments, prioritizes meetings, and manages daily executive activities.
  2. Communication Management – Drafts emails and official documents, screens calls, and serves as liaison between the executive and stakeholders.
  3. Meeting Coordination & Follow-Up – Schedules meetings, prepares agendas, records minutes, and tracks action items.
  4. Travel & Logistics Planning – Arranges travel, accommodation, itineraries, and processes related expenses.
  5. Administrative & Office Support – Maintains data records, manages documentation systems, and oversees office administrative processes.
  6. Project & Reporting Support – Assists with executive projects, compiles reports, and tracks deadlines and deliverables.
  7. Confidential & Stakeholder Management – Handles sensitive information discreetly and supports interactions with clients, partners, and senior management.
  8. Property Management and Follow-Up - Property management, followup on maintenance and others
  9. Plan and Execute the Business Plan: Formulate business plans, create a pathway for execution 
  10. Add the New Business Plan: Implement the new business plan of the company 


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including document management and data organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Leadership and team management skills to supervise administrative staff and foster a productive work environment.
  • Proficiency with office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite or similar platforms.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in an administrative or managerial role is an advantage.
