The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the branch and ensuring the smooth coordination of internal processes, people management support, facility supervision, compliance monitoring, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Branch administrative Operations Management:
- Oversee daily administrative activities across the branch.
- Ensure smooth office operations and workflow efficiency.
- Supervise office processes and enforce administrative policies.
- Maintain proper documentation systems and operational records.
- Ensure all departmental reports are submitted as required.
Staff Coordination & Office Supervision:
- Work closely with the Human Resources Department to ensure effective staff administration and workplace discipline.
- Support HR in monitoring staff attendance, punctuality, and daily workplace compliance.
- Ensure proper workplace structure, professionalism, and adherence to operational standards across departments.
- Assist in maintaining staff discipline by escalating concerns, policy breaches, and workplace misconduct appropriately.
- Coordinate internal communication flow to ensure timely dissemination of management directives and operational updates given through the branch manager.
- Support workflow efficiency by ensuring proper departmental coordination and administrative follow-up.
- Assist HR with onboarding processes, staff documentation coordination, and administrative support for employee engagement activities.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between administration and HR to maintain an organized, compliant, and productive work environment.
Compliance & Control:
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational procedures.
- Monitor documentation standards and approval processes.
- Escalate operational risks and policy violations where necessary.
- Support audit preparation and compliance reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality and document security standards.
Reporting & Management Support:
- Collate and prepare all weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Support branch management meetings and operational reviews.
- Track branch administrative KPIs and compliance records.
- Assist management with the implementation of strategic directives.
- Ensure follow-up on management decisions through the BM instructions.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND/BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
