We are seeking a proactive administrative officer/HR officer to ensure our design, production, and showroom operations run smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. You will oversee processes, monitor staff performance, and maintain tools, systems, and workflows to keep the company organised, professional, and always at its best.

Responsibilities
- Ensure daily operations in the design studio, furniture workshop, and showroom run smoothly
- Monitor that all tools, machinery, and design/production equipment are functional and maintained
- Review and update workflows and production processes to ensure efficiency and minimize waste
- Oversee project timelines and ensure departments are meeting deadlines
- Monitor staff performance in design, production, delivery, and showroom teams
- Maintain staff records and compliance, support recruitment and onboarding and assist with performance reviews and training
- Ensure company policies and operational procedures are clearly understood and consistently followed
- Ensure smooth internal communication between design, production, showroom, and administrative teams
- Foster a professional, disciplined, and productive work environment
Requirements:
- Strong administrative, organizational, and HR management skills
- Familiarity with interior design workflows, furniture production, or showroom operations
- Ability to enforce accountability while supporting staff development
- Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills
- High integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain operational efficiency across multiple departments
