Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Enugu for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining effective communication within the team, scheduling appointments, organizing files and documents, handling phone calls, and providing executive-level administrative assistance. The role requires ensuring smooth office operations by performing clerical duties and supporting leadership as needed.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills for efficiently supporting operations and leadership
- Exceptional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls and correspondences effectively
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as data entry, document organization, and file management
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant preferred
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional qualifications in administration are a plus
