Administrative Assistant
Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with 1–2 years of experience and basic accounting knowledge to support daily administrative and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be comfortable handling routine accounting tasks alongside general office duties.

Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, documentation, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry.
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare simple financial reports and spreadsheets using Excel.
- Reconcile petty cash and assist with basic bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
- Good or average knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, basic reporting).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
