Job summary

We are recruiting a highly organized Administrative Assistant on behalf of a client to support business operations. The role involves coordinating projects, managing priorities, tracking tasks across multiple initiatives, and ensuring key activities are completed accurately and on time.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of business projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate business activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and operational documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
  • Manage and organize information to support effective decision-making.
  • Support the implementation of operational processes and administrative systems.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
