We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and help keep our daily operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and records.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and reminders.
- Perform data entry and update spreadsheets accurately.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide updates when necessary.
- Assist with research and basic reporting tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Create and edit basic visual materials using Canva.
Requirements:
- Must have a personal laptop (mandatory).
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate digital tools.
- Proficiency in Gmail and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Close attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Ability to work 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Nigerian Time).
- Ready to start immediately.
