Job summary

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and help keep our daily operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and records.
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and reminders.
  • Perform data entry and update spreadsheets accurately.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and provide updates when necessary.
  • Assist with research and basic reporting tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Create and edit basic visual materials using Canva.


Requirements:

  • Must have a personal laptop (mandatory).
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate digital tools.
  • Proficiency in Gmail and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Ability to work 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Nigerian Time).
  • Ready to start immediately.
