Job Summary

We are looking for a professional Admin Assistant with excellent people management skills and the ability to perform a variety of administrative and customer support tasks. Someone passionate about office administration & customer relations.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and effective employee and customer support
  • Maintain office policies and procedures
  • Actively assist in the recruitment process by shortlisting candidates, performing reference checks, etc.
  • Maintain accurate employee and customer records
  • Proofread and draft documents/letters
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Perform specific HR functions


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline 
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills
  • Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools
