Administrative Assistant
Job summary
We are seeking a smart, reliable, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, assist with logistics and shipment bookings, support advertising activities, and create basic promotional content. The ideal candidate should be organized, computer-literate, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative and office support duties
- Assist with shipment booking and logistics coordination
- Support advertising and promotional activities (online and offline)
- Create basic content for business promotion
- Manage records, documents, and basic reporting
- Provide support for daily operational tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- HND or B.Sc qualification in any related field
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office, internet tools, basic content creation)
- Comfortable with the camera and creating content
- Good knowledge of advertising and promotions
- Experience in a logistics company or shipment booking is an added advantage
- Must reside within the Ikeja axis
- Presentable, hardworking, loyal, and respectful
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 - 150,000
