Responsibilities:
- Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Plan, design, and distribute engaging monthly newsletters to keep your stakeholders informed and engaged with updates, announcements, and relevant industry insights.
- Oversee and manage your organization's social media pages, including content creation, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance online presence and brand visibility.
- Assist with official projects as needed.
- Assist the company staff and clients in responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers and clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter data into the company's database, spreadsheet, or CRM system.
- Always maintain the confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Generate reports or data analysis as requested by management.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to acquire new skills and grow professionally in the fields of administrative support and customer service.
- Degree holder, HND or OND holder
