Administrative Assistant
Job summary
This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who can wear multiple hats. You will support customer service, manage office administration, oversee parts inventory and basic sales tracking, assist with content creation, and handle other operational tasks that keep the business running smoothly. If you are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workshop environment, this role is for you.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers (in-person, phone, WhatsApp, email).
- Manage job cards, invoices, receipts, and daily administrative documentation.
- Track parts inventory (inflow, outflow, stock levels) and coordinate restocking.
- Support sales tracking and basic reporting.
- Assist with social media content creation (photos, short videos, captions).
- Maintain organized records and digital files.
- Support the founder/workshop manager with ad hoc operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and take initiative.
- Prior administrative or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Interest in automotive or workshop environments is a plus.
