Job summary

We are seeking to fill the position of Administrative and Reception Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and front desk support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the company, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving, welcoming, and attending to visitors, clients, and guests professionally and courteously.
  • Handling incoming telephone calls, emails, and other communications, including inquiries relating to the Company's products and services.
  • Providing accurate information to clients and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments where necessary.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
  • Providing administrative and clerical support to Management and other departments as may be required.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and deliveries.
  • Maintaining office security by adhering to established safety protocols and controlling visitor access through the reception desk.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining relevant records where required.
  • Assisting with filing, data entry, record management, and other administrative tasks assigned by Management.
  • Supporting various departments with clerical and operational duties as may be necessary from time to time.
  • Managing the company's social media accounts across multiple platforms, creating and publishing engaging content to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Performing any other duties reasonably assigned to you by Management in furtherance of the Company's objectives.  


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in an administrative role, real estate operations, or related roles.
