Believe (Nigeria) Limited is a construction company providing civil works, procurement, and technical services. We are seeking a highly organized Admin Officer to support office and HR administration, and ensure effective document control and coordination across office and project environments.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Manage communications, schedules, travel arrangements, office facilities, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain document control systems, records, and filing processes to ensure information integrity and accessibility.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, and other HR administrative activities.
- Coordinate and maintain corporate documents required for tendering, compliance, and business development activities.
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience (entry-level can apply).
- Strong organizational and record management skills
