Job summary

An organization in the Automotive & Logistics industry is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to support daily office operations, manage communication, and ensure efficient documentation processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Organize and maintain office records and files.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information.



Communication Management:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Respond to inquiries and relay messages accurately.
  • Serve as a link between management, staff, and external contacts.


Office Coordination:
  • Manage office calendar and daily schedules.
  • Ensure smooth operations (stationery, logistics, and equipment).
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff or executives.


Documentation & Reporting:
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting summaries.
  • File and retrieve documents as needed.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field.
  • Relevant experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
