Administrative Support:
- Organize and maintain office records and files.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.
- Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
- Respond to inquiries and relay messages accurately.
- Serve as a link between management, staff, and external contacts.
- Manage office calendar and daily schedules.
- Ensure smooth operations (stationery, logistics, and equipment).
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff or executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting summaries.
- File and retrieve documents as needed.
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field.
- Relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
