Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admin Officer located in Akure. The Admin Officer will oversee daily administrative operations, perform administrative assistance, handle client or customer inquiries, and ensure smooth internal communication across the team. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, maintaining office organization, and providing a high level of customer service for both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in General Administration and Administrative Assistance tasks
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and various stakeholders
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage schedules, files, and other administrative tasks efficiently
- Customer Service experience to build positive relationships and address inquiries or concerns effectively
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with relevant office software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
