Job summary
We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Officer to manage our daily real estate office operations. You will be the backbone of our team, handling property documentation, client communications, and database updates to ensure seamless business operations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize real estate documents, including lease agreements, sales contracts, and client records.
- Maintain and update property listings and client information across CRM and listing platforms.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings, meetings, and appointments for agents and clients.
- Maintain office calendars and ensure efficient coordination of daily administrative activities.
- Oversee general office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and administrative support.
- Track basic office expenses and assist with record-keeping and reporting requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 0–1 year of experience in an administrative, secretarial, or office management role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM systems.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and record-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
