Job summary

We are seeking a smart, organized, and professional Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative duties, managing invoices, running official errands, and supporting smooth day-to-day office operations. The candidate must be computer literate and detail-oriented.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative and office support tasks
  • Prepare, manage, and organize invoices and other office documents
  • Run official company errands when required
  • Maintain proper filing systems and accurate record-keeping
  • Support the coordination of office activities and operations
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and basic reports
  • Ensure office supplies and administrative needs are properly monitored
  • Assist management with scheduling and other administrative duties
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all operations


Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate (HND/B.Sc.)
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is required
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively


Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 200,000
