Job summary
We are seeking a smart, organized, and professional Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative duties, managing invoices, running official errands, and supporting smooth day-to-day office operations. The candidate must be computer literate and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative and office support tasks
- Prepare, manage, and organize invoices and other office documents
- Run official company errands when required
- Maintain proper filing systems and accurate record-keeping
- Support the coordination of office activities and operations
- Manage correspondence, emails, and basic reports
- Ensure office supplies and administrative needs are properly monitored
- Assist management with scheduling and other administrative duties
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all operations
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate (HND/B.Sc.)
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required
- Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 200,000
