Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.
  • Maintain employee records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff coordination activities.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
  • Support daily office operations and ensure proper record-keeping.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of B.Sc./ HND
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.


Remuneration: NGN 150,000 monthly


Location: Isolo
