Company Description
A Senior Management role has emerged for a highly energetic, well organised and self-supervising individual to work as an ADMIN MANAGER in the After-Sales Service division of one of our major clients, due to an on-going organisational capacity enhancement exercise.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of the day-to-day administrative operations of the After-Sales Division of the company.
- Data analysis and advisory
- Ensuring the After-Sales Service Division runs effectively and efficiently.
- Service Projects management
- Records maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaison with other departments
- Budgets management
- Provision of administrative support for both senior leadership and other levels of the Division.

Qualifications
- A mature & highly energetic personality
- Good experience in Operations Management
- Very strong with Data Analysis
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Minimum of 10 years' cognate experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Accounting
- Experience in an After-Sales Service unit (especially from the CE & HA industry) will be an additional advantage
