Admin / HR Officer
Job summary
We are a structured and fast-growing real estate company seeking an experienced Admin/HR Officer who can own office administration, people management, and internal processes with minimal supervision. This role is critical to business stability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations of the office
- Handle HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, staff records, attendance, and welfare
- Implement and maintain company policies, SOPs, and documentation
- Monitor staff performance and ensure workplace discipline
- Support management with reports, coordination, and compliance
- Serve as a key link between management and staff
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in admin and/or HR roles
- Strong organizational, communication, and people-management skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability
- Ability to work independently and enforce structure
- Must live around Ikota axis (non-negotiable)
- Real estate or corporate office experience is an advantage
