Job summary
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Human Resources & Administration Manager to oversee all human resources and administrative operations of the school. The ideal candidate will provide strategic HR leadership while ensuring effective staff management, policy implementation, regulatory compliance, recruitment, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration.
- Implement HR policies and disciplinary procedures, and ensure compliance with labour laws and school regulations.
- Manage employee performance, attendance, leave, welfare, and staff development initiatives.
- Guide employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace discipline.
- Coordinate administrative operations and prepare HR reports, official correspondence, and management documentation.
- Support strategic initiatives that promote operational efficiency and a positive work culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years' HR and administrative experience, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labour laws.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
