Job summary
The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and effective communication.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and receive visitors courteously and professionally
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and inquiries
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming environment
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
- Maintain accurate records, files, and office documentation
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure the reception area is orderly
- Assist with basic reporting, data entry, and documentation
- Support office events, meetings, and logistics as required
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND/BSc qualification
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
