Job summary
The Admin Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the office. The role involves handling routine office tasks, supporting staff, maintaining records, and ensuring proper organization of office activities.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and documentation management
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval of records
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments and maintaining calendars
- Support front desk operations, including attending to visitors and phone calls politely and professionally
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and report shortages when necessary
- Assist in preparing simple reports, letters, and internal communications
- Maintain cleanliness and basic organization of office spaces and work areas
- Run official errands within and outside the office when required
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as assigned
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirement:
- Proximity to Victoria Island.
- Must have a first degree from a reputable institution.
- Must be Hardworking
- Must be a male
