Activation Officer

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with customers at the activation stand, introducing them to SolarCorp's CIRCOOL Solar Wallet plans and itel Powerpacks, and demonstrating products while explaining the benefits of solar energy adoption.
• You will educate customers on the save-to-own model and how they can transition from generator dependency to solar power, register customers on the CIRCOOL platform, and guide them through wallet activation.
• You will also capture customer enquiries, schedule follow-up consultations, maintain a clean and professional activation stand, submit daily activity reports on leads generated and wallet activations achieved, and meet weekly and monthly activation and sales targets.

Requirements:

• should possess a minimum of SSCE,  OND or equivalent qualification
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• customer-focused attitude with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• You should be able to explain complex concepts in simple, relatable terms and be self-motivated and target-driven.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment and availability to work on weekends and public holidays are essential.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or customer engagement is an advantage but not mandatory.
