Finance Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to support management decision-making.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, monitor budget performance, and provide recommendations for cost control and financial efficiency.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution.
• Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, tax requirements, and organizational policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare required documentation, and implement recommendations to strengthen financial processes.
• Monitor cash flow, treasury activities, and fixed asset management, ensuring optimal utilization of financial resources and safeguarding company assets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance while collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• A master’s degree is an added advantage
• Professional certifications such as CA or ACA are preferred
• 5 years’ progressive experience in accounting and financial management
• Strong experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and audits
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle Financials, MS Excel, and financial modeling tools
