Job summary
The Accounting Executive is responsible for managing the financial transactions, bookkeeping and reporting to the organization. They ensure proper recording of advertising revenues, sponsorship deals, payroll and operational expenses while maintain compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:
- Record and reconcile all financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage client invoicing and track payments for advertising and sponsorship deals.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely settlements.
- Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Maintain proper documentation of contracts, receipts, and vouchers.
- Assist with staff payroll processing and staff benefit calculations.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and tax authorities when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Degree
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role
