Account/Inventory Officer
Job summary
As an Account/Inventory Officer at Rosettee Construction Limited, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day financial operations, including invoice processing, cash reconciliation, and asset monitoring. This role is critical to maintaining financial accuracy, safeguarding company assets, and ensuring efficient control systems are in place.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and processing invoices; verification of suppliers invoices for payment processes
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Monitoring to safeguard company’s properties and assets with effective control system processes.
- Collate and update inventory and assets register for weekly and monthly report.
- Reconciliation of weekly site cash account
- Writing and documentation of payment vouchers
- Verification of Suppliers invoices for payment processes
- Co-assisting in bank transactions activities
- Co-assisting in procurement of materials
- Assist in other activities relating to finance function
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc
- 1 years of previous work experience in similar role
