Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ajah for an Accounting/Admin Officer. The Accounting/Admin Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of office activities. The role also involves coordinating schedules, handling communication, and supporting general office management activities.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and office management tools.
  • Basic understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and bookkeeping principles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
  • Strong skills in General Administration and Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
  • Exceptional Organization Skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
