Our client is seeking an Account/Client Service Manager (Media & Advertising Agency) to drive revenue growth through new business development while managing and expanding client accounts. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a creative, advertising, digital, or integrated marketing communications agency, with strong client-handling skill
Job descriptions & requirements
- Drive new business by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities
- Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary contact
- Build strong client relationships and support upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs and coordinate delivery
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution
- Track account performance, revenue, and maintain accurate documentation
Remuneration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in account management or business development within an agency environment
- Proven experience handling clients, proposals, and revenue targets
- Strong understanding of marketing communications services (digital, branding, social media, media, experiential)
