Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of daily sales, purchases, and expenses.
• Prepare and organise financial records and reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and track payables and receivables.
• Prepare invoices and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock-related records.
• Support payroll processing and other routine accounting activities.
• Maintain properly organised and filed financial documents.
• Assist with tax and statutory compliance requirements where applicable.
• Provide timely financial information and reports to management.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Nigerian tax and statutory compliance is an advantage.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
• Must be responsible, reliable, and able to meet reporting deadlines.
• A verifiable guarantor is required.

Remuneration: NGN120,000 – 150,000 net monthly
