Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting processes
- Ensure accurate financial reporting
- Track inventory and production costs
- Srengthening internal controls within the factory.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- ICAN or ACCA (in view or fully qualified) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and factory operations.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks).
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and numerical skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong integrity, professionalism, and adherence to financial controls.
