We seek to hire an Accountant to join our team.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Manage executive calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
- Serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support project tracking, task coordination, and priority management for executives.
- Assist with office administration and ad-hoc operational tasks as required.
- Support client engagements and leadership activities where necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work independently.
- Experience working in a professional services, consulting, or corporate environment is an advantage.
