Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Port Harcourt for an Accountant. The Accountant will manage financial records, monitor budgets, and prepare financial reports. Responsibilities will include overseeing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, managing tax filings, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Accountant will also work closely with management to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes. Ensuring accuracy and maintaining confidentiality in financial records will be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Cost Management
• Strong skills in Financial Reporting, Tax Preparation, and Compliance
• Experience with Accounting Software and Spreadsheet Tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel)
• Attention to Detail, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving Skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA or ACCA) are an added advantage
