Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Odoo ERP.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and expense tracking.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
• Support audit processes by providing required documentation and explanations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
• Collaborate with management to improve accounting processes and systems efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Odoo ERP (accounting module essential).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) are an added advantage.
