The Accountant manages all financial operations at Royal Jatoz Garden, including daily records, weekly/monthly reports, budgeting, cash flow, and account reconciliation.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Support inventory control
Ensure regulatory compliance
Maintain internal controls
Provide financial insights that guide management decisions and business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory).
Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) is an added advantage, but not required.
2–3 years of accounting experience (preferably in hospitality, retail, or similar industries).
Experience using accounting software (Zoho, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar) is preferred.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and digital accounting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Good communication skills — able to explain financial information clearly.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Honest and trustworthy.
Highly disciplined and reliable.
Proactive and solution-oriented.
Maintains confidentiality at all times.
Must attend weekly Monday meetings and provide financial updates.
Must work closely with management and support operations when needed.
