Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices, managing payments, ensuring timely collections, and handling credit memos.
- Monitoring and managing financial records for vehicles, spare parts, and workshop consumables.
- Assisting in developing financial projections, budgets, and identifying cost-reduction opportunities.
- Prepare and file statutory returns (VAT, WHT) and ensure tax compliance.
Requirements:
- Must be a Chartered Accountant or a graduate
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- Should be between 25 and 45 years.
- Very proficient in MS Excel and any Accounting software.
- Ability to prepare financial statements and reconcile accounts.
- Gender: Male or Female.
