Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate accounting records.
- Prepare financial reports, schedules and management accounts.
- Perform bank, cash and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Process and review invoices and payment documentation.
- Assist with budgeting and cash-flow monitoring.
- Support month-end and year-end closing.
- Maintain proper financial documentation.
- Assist with tax documentation and statutory reporting.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Monitor compliance with financial procedures.
- Provide financial information and analysis to management.
- Support improvement of financial controls.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
