Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Manage budgeting, cash flow, and financial forecasting activities.
- Process payments, monitor receivables/payables, and prepare monthly financial summaries.
- Support management with financial insights for decision-making.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ relevant experience (preferably in real estate or a similar industry).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Applicants residing in Ajah is an advantage
Location: Lekki Scheme 2, Ajah
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
