We are seeking a high-performing Accountant / Admin Manager who is not only technically sound but also eager to grow with the brand and play a key role in scaling a luxury retail operation.
*Job Summary*
The Accountant / Admin Manager will oversee the company’s financial management, internal controls, and administrative operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the business. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking professional who understands the pace of fashion retail and is excited by the opportunity to manage financial operations across multiple locations and teams as the brand expands.
The ideal candidate is detail-driven, commercially aware, ICAN-qualified, and capable of evolving into a senior finance and operations leadership role within the fashion retail industry.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Financial Management*
Oversee daily accounting operations and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
Manage payroll, PAYE, VAT, WHT, and other statutory filings, ensuring full compliance
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts to support business growth
Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets
Perform timely bank, inventory, and account reconciliations, resolving discrepancies promptly
*Administrative & Operational Oversight*
Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth day-to-day office and store operations
Support management with financial insights for decision-making and expansion planning
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and regulatory bodies
Support the financial structuring of new store locations as the business scales
Maintain high standards of professionalism aligned with a luxury retail environment
*Systems & Reporting*
Use QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for accurate reporting, analysis, and controls
Improve financial and administrative processes as the business grows
*Requirements*
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
ICAN qualification is an added advantage
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting and administrative management
Prior experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or multi-location businesses is a strong advantage
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, premium retail environment
Must reside on the Island, within close proximity to Lekki Phase 1
Available to start immediately
