Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and books of accounts
- Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and cash flow statements
- Manage payroll, expenses, and farm-related cost tracking
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
- Support inventory control and asset management
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and relevant stakeholders as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
Minimum of 2- 4 years accounting working experience (experience in agriculture or manufacturing is an added advantage) • Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • High level of integrity
