Responsibilities:
- Support inventory control
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain internal controls
- Provide financial insights that guide management decisions and business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory).
- Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) is an added advantage, but not required.
- 2–3 years of accounting experience (preferably in hospitality, retail, or similar industries).
- Experience using accounting software (Zoho, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and digital accounting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Good communication skills — able to explain financial information clearly.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong organizational and time-management skills.
