Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and management reports.
- Monitor and update cash flow records and assist with cash flow forecasting.
- Prepare and process invoices and support accounts receivable activities.
- Assist with tracking and following up on outstanding customer payments and collections.
- Support the preparation of financial projections and basic financial analysis.
- Maintain and update financial data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Reconcile financial records and identify discrepancies where necessary.
- Assist with other accounting and finance-related activities as assigned.
- Ensure financial information is properly organized, accurate, and up to date.
Requirements:
- HND in accounting or a related discipline.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong accounting fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding or practical exposure to financial reporting, cash flow management, invoicing, collections/accounts receivable, and financial projections
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness and ability to learn and develop professionally.
