Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Record and review daily financial transactions using accounting software
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory regulations
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports
- Manage payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Support internal and external audits
- Monitor cash flow and implement cost control measures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience using QuickBooks and other accounting software (e.g., Sage, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Must reside in Abuja
